LVD PPEB-5 320/4500 press brake is ideal for demanding applications. The new, intelligent CADMAN® driver shortens the time from design to the manufacture of the finished workpiece and optimizes the bending results. The bending parameters are controlled automatically using an intelligent, "learning" database of the LVD company. Many modes of operation guarantee the fastest "Art to Part" times. This press brake was designed and manufactured using a welded, one-piece frame, machined without repositioning and subjected to stress relieving through vibrations, which guarantees the precision of the machine. It makes it one of the most accurate machines in Europe.

LASER MEASUREMENT OF THE CUTTING ANGLE

The Easy-Laser Form is a unique measuring device that measures the angle with the laser beam in real time during the bending process, allowing for accurate bending starting from the first detail. The Easy-Form Laser uses symmetrical front and back measurement to determine the correct bending angle. The system generates straight lines consisting of multiple points of light, covering the measured part and the vertical portion of the matrix, and performs measurements every 20 milliseconds. The measuring device transfers the information IN REAL TIME to the CNC unit which processes it and recalculates accordingly the location - depth of the exit of the top of the stamp - to get the correct value of the angle. The bending process is not interrupted and the production time does not increase.

Unlike mechanical measuring systems, the Easy-Form Laser does not extend the bending cycle, ensuring repeatability. Easy-Form Laser does not require calibration after a change of the settings.
